Kelpie Carpentry & Construction is the underlying building and construction business behind Kelpie Homes. It's the same team, the same trades and the same standards. Your home is built by the business, not sub-contracted out to an unknown builder.
How the two work together
When you buy a Kelpie Homes design or house & land package, your building contract sits with Kelpie Carpentry & Construction. You deal directly with the people responsible for your build, from the first conversation through to handover.
